Warranty & Return Policy

SOLO warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for five years from the date of purchase by the original purchaser or owner. If the product fails during the warranty period due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the defective part. 

Should you require service to your SOLO product, call us in the U.S. at 631-434-7070 during normal business hours, send an email to: customerservice@solocases.com or contact us in writing at SOLO Attn: Warranty Services 400 Wireless Blvd. Hauppauge, New York 11788. 

All warranty returns must first receive a Return Authorization.  If deemed appropriate, we will give you clear instructions on how to get your product to SOLO for evaluation and/or repair, as well as a Return Authorization number.  You must return the product , postage paid, to SOLO, together with your original proof of purchase and a Return Authorization number.  All repairs and or replacements will be sent out prepaid to an address within the 48 contiguous United States, state of Hawaii, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico via a reasonable shipping method.
